Over the last ten years as a consultant, former executive and college professor Marty Rogoff has implemented strategic change in a diverse group of companies in manufacturing, financial services and retailing. He often focuses on the development of middle managers and first-level supervisors, including engineers, retail managers and unionized supervisors. Through a program of workshops and one-on-one coaching, supervisors become more productive almost immediately, with great results in satisfaction, retention, efficiency and profitability.

As an accomplished executive with a record of profitability improvement and revenue growth, Marty worked mostly in consumer product organizations, and ran a $245 million retail division. From 2006-2008, he was a Visiting Professor of Retailing and Marketing at Philadelphia University.

Marty has a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Management and Corporate Strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
